Censer (Incense Burner) 香爐

A censer (incense burner) is a vessel made for burning incense. When we offer incense to Buddha in a temple, it helps cleanse and clear the air and make a space sacred. Incense can create a tranquil mood to calm our body and mind. The continuous burning of the incense reminds Buddhist to practice diligently with Right Mindfulness.

香爐，是焚香的器具。虔誠的善男信女於寺院中持一炷清香禮敬供佛的同時，身心頓時寧靜。爐香裊裊，綿延無有間斷，正提醒著修行者須正念相繼，精進不懈。
