Multicultural Festival of Wutai Shan Buddhist Garden
加拿大五台山謹定於2019年10月5日隆重舉行【加拿大五台山大雄寶殿落成暨首屆加國五台山多元文化節】系列活動。加國五台山的建設，豐富了加國多元文化內涵，促進了加中文化交流。
Multicultural Festival of Wutai Shan Buddhist Garden is scheduled to be held on October 5, 2019.
The construction of Wutai Shan Buddhist Garden is a project to increase the cultural diversity in Canada and promote cultural exchanges between Canada and China.
本次盛會在10月5日隆重舉行，涵蓋五大主題活動：
一、加國五台山大雄寶殿落成暨佛像開光大典
欣賞大唐文化風采 見證千年一遇盛典
1、加國五台山大雄寶殿落成慶典 (10月5日 11:00AM-12:00PM）
2、大殿全堂佛像開光 (10月5日 1:30PM-3:00PM）
二、中臺文殊師利菩薩聖像開光慶典 (10月5日 3:30PM-5:00PM）
祈菩薩加持 開智慧人生
三、享素美食節 (10月5日 9:30AM-8:00PM)
關愛健康 倡導素食
四、五台山文化藝術展 (10月5日 9:30 AM-8:00 PM)
書法大家國粹書法,諸山長老、高僧大德翰墨佛緣的書法繪畫作品。
藝術展中將展示性空長老、夢參長老、星雲大師、本煥長老等著名高僧的書法作品近200幅。
五、加中文化五台匯 (10月5日 9:30 AM-8:00 PM)
慶祝加中兩國建交49週年紀念
The celebration will be held on October 5, 2019 with the following 5 events:
I. Consecration Ceremony of the Main Buddha Hall at Wutai Shan Buddhist Garden and the Buddha Statues therein:
Showcasing the Tang-dynasty style architecture, a special event of this century

Buddhist Garden (October 5th 11:00 AM-12:00 PM)

- Consecration of Buddha Statues in Main Buddha Hall (October 5th 1:30 PM-3:00 PM)
II. Consecration of the Central Platform Manjusri Bodhisattva Statue (October 5th 3:30 PM-5:00 PM)
May the Bodhisattva bestow blessing and wisdom to all!
III. Vegetarian Food Festival (October 5th 9:30 AM-8:00 PM)
Vegetarianism for Care, Love and Health
IV. Wutai Shan Culture and Art Exhibition (October 5th 9:30 AM-8:00 PM)
The Calligraphy and Art Exhibition will display nearly 200 famous calligraphy and art works by Senior Venerable Master Sing Hung, Senior Venerable Master Meng Cen, Senior Venerable Master Hsing Yun, Senior Venerable Master Ben Huan and other venerable masters.
V. East Meets West (October 5th 9:30 AM-8:00 PM)
Celebrate the 49th Anniversary of the Establishment of Canada-China Diplomatic Relations. Canadian and Chinese communities gather at Wutai Shan Buddhist Garden.
