Deep Fried Mashed Potato Balls

Ingredients 材料 :
Potatoes, 2 馬鈴薯 2個
Sliced almond, small amount 杏仁片 少許
Breadcrumbs, small amount 麵包糠 少許
Starch, small amount 生粉 適量
Seasoning 調味料 :
Salt, mushroom powder, pepper, butter, strawberry sauce, each small amount 鹽丶香菇粉、胡椒粉、黃油、草莓醬 各適量
Cooking method 做法:
- Peel the potatoes and steam till tender, add salt, mushroom powder, butter, and pepper to mash.
先把馬鈴薯去皮蒸熟,加適量的鹽丶香菇粉、黃油、胡椒粉揉成泥。 - Shape mashed potatoes into balls and coat them in small amount of starch, sliced almond and breadcrumbs.
在撮成球形表層上少許生粉、杏仁片和麵包糠。 - Deep fry mashed potato balls until golden brown and drain. Drizzle with strawberry sauce and serve.
放入七成熱的油鍋炸至金黃色撈起瀝油,入碟淋上少許草莓醬即可。
