Deep Fried Mashed Potato Balls

杏花香滿衣

Ingredients 材料 :

Potatoes, 2  馬鈴薯 2個
Sliced almond, small amount  杏仁片 少許
Breadcrumbs, small amount  麵包糠 少許
Starch, small amount  生粉 適量

Seasoning 調味料 :

Salt, mushroom powder, pepper, butter, strawberry sauce, each small amount  鹽丶香菇粉、胡椒粉、黃油、草莓醬 各適量

Cooking method 做法:

  1. Peel the potatoes and steam till tender, add salt, mushroom powder, butter, and pepper to mash.
    先把馬鈴薯去皮蒸熟,加適量的鹽丶香菇粉、黃油、胡椒粉揉成泥。
  2. Shape mashed potatoes into balls and coat them in small amount of starch, sliced almond and breadcrumbs.
    在撮成球形表層上少許生粉、杏仁片和麵包糠。
  3. Deep fry mashed potato balls until golden brown and drain. Drizzle with strawberry sauce and serve.
    放入七成熱的油鍋炸至金黃色撈起瀝油,入碟淋上少許草莓醬即可。
