Ingredients 材料 :
Lettuce 1 whole 西生菜 1 個
Chopped carrots 1 small bowl 紅蘿蔔粒 1 小碗
Corn kernels 1 small bowl 玉米粒 1 小碗
Chopped celery 1 small bowl 西芹粒 1 小碗
Diced dried bean curd 1 small bowl 豆干粒 1 小碗
Minced ginger 1 teaspoon 薑米 1茶匙
Seasoning 調味料 :
Sesame oil Small amount 麻油 少許
Ground pepper Small amount 胡椒粉 少許
Salt Small amount 鹽 少許
Oil Small amount 油 少許
Vegetarian oyster sauce Small amount 素蠔油 少許
Cooking Method 做法 :
- Cut the lettuce leaves into semi circular shapes, then set aside.
將西生菜裁剪成半圓形備用。 - Sauté the carrots, corn kernels, celery and dried bean curd each with minced ginger, oil and salt. Mix all remaining ingredients (except lettuce) together, and stir-fry with sesame oil, ground pepper and vegetarian oyster sauce. Served immediately by wrapping the mixed vegetables with the lettuce leaves.
將紅蘿蔔粒、玉米粒、西芹粒、豆干粒各用薑米、油、鹽爆香,再將所有材料混合在一起,加入麻油、胡椒粉、素蠔油少許炒在一起,即可食用。
