Five-Grains Rice Medley

Ingredients 材料 :

Sweet kernel corn 1 small bowl 玉米粒 1 小碗
Fresh lotus seeds 1 small packet 新鮮蓮子 1 小包
Chopped Gai Lan 1 small bowl 芥蘭粒 1 小碗
Pine nuts 2 tablespoons 松子 2湯匙
Five-grains rice 2 bowls 五穀米 2 碗
Minced fresh ginger 1 tablespoon 薑米粒 1湯匙

Seasoning 調味料 :

Salt Small pinch 鹽 少許
Oil 1 teaspoon 油 1茶匙

Cooking Method 做法 :

  1. First cook the five-grains rice, then rinse with cold water when cooked, and leave to dry.
    先將煮熟的五穀米過水晾乾。
  2. Stir fry the lotus seeds, sweet corn, and chopped Gai Lan in small amount of oil until cooked, then set aside.
    蓮子、玉米粒、芥蘭粒用油炒熟待用。
  3. Stir fry the minced ginger in cooking oil, add the cooked five-grains rice, and the cooked vegetables. Sprinkle a small pinch of salt and the pine nuts before serving.
    用油爆香薑米粒,加入五穀米,再加入炒熟待用的蓮子、玉米粒、芥蘭粒,最後加上鹽和松子兜匀即可。
