Tofu Salad

豆腐沙拉

Ingredients(材料):

1 piece of tofu一塊豆腐

1 bell pepper 1個彩椒

Half a cucumber半根黃瓜

Half teaspoon  of crushed black pepper 半湯匙黑胡椒碎粒

2 teaspoon of olive oil兩湯匙橄欖油

1 teaspoon of salt一湯匙鹽

 

Instructions(烹飪方法):

Crush the tofu豆腐碾碎。

Cut cucumber and pepper into small pieces黃瓜和彩椒切小粒。

Put Tofu, pepper and cucumber in a bowl将豆腐,彩椒粒,黃瓜粒放碗中。

Add olive oil, black pepper and salt. Mix well. 加少許橄欖油,黑胡椒粒,鹽,拌勻即可。
