Ingredients 材料 :
Bamboo fungus 1 small packet 竹笙 1 小包
Cordyceps flower 1 small bowl 蟲草花 1 小碗
Gogi berries Small amount 枸杞子 少許
Ginger 5 slices 薑 五片
Seasoning 調味料 :
Sesame oil 3 drops 麻油 三滴
Mushroom powder ½ teaspoon 素菇粉 半茶匙
Salt Small amount 鹽 少許
Corn starch Small amount 鷹粟粉 少許
Cooking Method 做法 :
- Soak cordyceps flower and gogi berries separately in water after cleaning.
把蟲草花和枸杞子各用水洗好、浸泡待用。 - Soak bamboo fungus in water. Slice and set aside.
將竹笙浸泡、選好,再切段備用。 - Put a little oil in a pot, put in ginger slices. Then pour in boiled water. Add cordyceps flower and mushroom powder and let it boil for about 30 minutes. Then take out cordyceps flower and set aside.
用少許油爆香薑片,將滾水倒入鍋裡,把蟲草花和素菇粉連水倒到鍋裡煮約30分鐘後,撈起蟲草花備用。 - Put bamboo fungus in the soup and let it boil for about 15 minutes. Take it out and arrange it on the side of the plate with cordyceps flower in the centre. Put gogi berries, a small amount of salt, sesame oil and corn starch to the soup and heat it until it turns to light gravy. Add the gravy to the food and serve.
把竹笙倒入蟲草花湯中,煮約15分鐘後撈起,放在碟子上排好,將蟲草花放在碟中間,再用湯煮一煮枸杞子,放上少許鹽,幾滴麻油,用鷹粟粉加水做成稀一點的勾芡,淋上即可食用。
